After that after shortlist resume. than the interview process will start from the telephonic interview which would be based on your experience and some Basic questions which are must in Business Development Industry. - Telephonic Interview - F2F with Business Head - Final Discussion - HR Round

They call me and ask about my skills but I'm not in the criteria. HR just call me technical round and after that I gave interview. After completing the interview Smart HR Mona Patel told me that I will analysis your resume and revert back to you. Till date they analysis my resume. What a skill of the that company employer. Lol🤣 Please don't waste time of any candidate. Also atleast revert back to candidate about interview status with detail.
