It was pretty quick process after I applied. I was only required to do one hour-long phone interview. The questions weren't too difficult they just asked what you would expect a company to ask if you're working with kids. Also, they didn't ask any technical questions, they asked more about my background and what I thought I would be qualified enough to instruct in. The people were really friendly and got back to me in a timely manner which was great!

Question 1
What would you do if one student was being disrespectful?
What are you qualified to teach?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
You receive an email or a text saying they want to hold a phone interview with you. Pick a time for the phone interview, and then they basically ask you a few questions regarding mostly your teaching background and personality rather than your knowledge in programming. After that, iD Tech replies back if you've received an offer or not.

Interview
The interview process was quite easy, my regional manager and I set up a time to talk over the phone and did. The entire interview took a little more than an hour. It was fairly relaxed and laid back , not too stressful. My regional manager told me that they would get back to me shortly about getting hired or not and did so very quickly.
