The interview process included multiple stages--an initial screening, followed by a more formal interview. I was asked to discuss design methodologies, relevant projects, and the eLearning tools I typically use.

Very structured interview, there were three rounds. Interviews were conducted by experts from the auto industry. The questions were very helpful and thought provoking. Very indepth knowledge will be tested

I was asked to complete a detailed assessment of my skills that was all done within a Canvas LMS container. This detailed assessment was quite time consuming. Afterwards, I was invited to interview with a person.
