I applied through their website. It was a remote position. 2 weeks after an HR contacted me via email to select the suitable time to in the week to be interviewed and asked if I can sign an NDA before the interview to not disclose any sensitive information about the position or the company itself (done). The moment came for the interview and the hiring manager didn't show up, never. No even an email to appologize.

Want a product owner for software dev and not a BA for finding improvment and linking concerns. Manager i talked with was great and recurting team had a quick turn around.
text base 2 round interview, then on-site interview. Basically question usually asked during other interviews, like situation question. then they invited me to their office in orange county for on site interview. no technical test , but they do as sql questions
