It was a very smooth and efficient process. The conversation flowed dynamically and I got to understand the company's goals, it's future growth, my role, and who my teammates were going to be. Today marks my 1 month anniversary at the iHerb and I'm happy to be onboard. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised on many occasions by how progressive and well-thought-out the organization has crafted its policies.
