Interview
They have people approached me few times to join their company. Had 2 phone calls. I told them my concern and what I am looking for, I am not really keen to move around if I dont find the right fit. Then they told me to go to their office to meet. The interviewer finished the interview by saying "I have to stop the interview now, because I think we have everything you are looking for (but actually they dont), but you dont have the quality we are looking for, you do not add value to our business". And she led me to the door straight away. I have never ever seen people so rude. It's fine you think I dont fit. But I dont think they have the basic etiquette/ respect to people. Hard to imagine working with people like that.
I applied online. I interviewed at iKas International (London, England) in Dec 2015

Two stages Interview process, mostly competency based. Lots of questions about your experience, last company you worked for etc. I had a chance to speak with few current employees and find out a bit more about the company, which was really helpful!
