Question 1
How would you deal with a customer that was upset?
The interview process was pretty long, not super technical for this role. A lot of it is culture fit. Other than how long it took, I had a great experience.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on your interview! Finding candidates who will not only fit our culture but also add to the iManage culture with their diverse backgrounds is really important to us. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iManage (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I began by interviewing with some of the managers of the support department. They were very welcoming and did not make you feel uncomfortable (as most interviews are). I then got to talk/be interviewed by people that would eventually be my colleagues. They were awesome. I came on a company taco day, so got to participate and immediately I knew I wanted to work here. The environment is amazing.
