Interview
For the Customer Service Rep position, a group interview took place in a conference room setting where the department supervisor and HR rep were present. The interview took about an hour where the HR rep/department head would go around the room and ask questions. There was also a brief tour of the facility that took place and a chance to sit down and listen in with a current Customer Service Rep during their phone calls. Once candidates are picked for the position, a formal paid training session would take place that would last several weeks.

Interview
It was great. Employees were friendly and welcoming. Seems like a great environment to work in. Can't wait to get started. I was given a tour of the building and call center before having the interview. I interviewed with one of the Supervisors and she made it very comfortable for me and helped calmed my nerves.
