Interview
Interview process has 3-4 phases includes general discussion, 2 technical interviews and at last HR interview and salary negotiation. The mode can be either telephonic, skype or face-to-face. Technical skills are important as they are looking for your specialization skill/subjects as you mentioned in your resume.

Initially they conducted Telephonic interview call and after that next round is direct face to face in person interview. AFTER THAT HR round. Very low salary they will quote, you have quote more salary.
