HR contacts you through Naukri.com or other job opportunity websites and arranges a Google Meet with your preferred time slot with the head of department, recruiting team head, and subject expert.
1st Round: Introduce yourself. Taught a topic of your choice to the interviewer
2nd Round: HR discussion about job description, location, and salary.

Interview
The interview panel of total 4 people took technical interview and asked basic questions on data structure. Then gave questions of traversal of data to solve. I was bit nervous at first but then the panel helped me to solve the question. Basically they checked the basic knowledge if I have or not.
It's a 3 step process
Step 1: Written exam
Questions asked were of easy to medium difficulty level from core computer science subjects
Step 2: GD
Step 3: Interview (Technical+ HR)
They'll ask you to demonstrate your teaching skills on a impromptu basis.
