Interview
Interview process in 2025 consisted of two stages. The first stage was an online interview with HR, focusing on general questions about the candidate’s CV. The second stage was an offline interview with the user team, Head, and CTO, where the discussion was more in-depth and role-specific.
As a suggestion, the company could improve the process by providing timely updates on whether applicants are being considered or not, so candidates are not left waiting for a response from HR.
