Interview
Short and sweet. Met with the Manager at the time briefly and then with the owner after that (guess the Manager liked me). Went over what skills I had (barely any) in payroll processing. Got offered the job a few days later.

Interview
I was in contact with the hiring manager for a couple days. We were able to speak on the phone and had a short phone interview before planning an in person interview. The in person interview was 3 short 1-1 segments with 3 different members of the staff; the hiring manager, lead of the payroll department, and a high ranking officer.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iProcess Online (Baltimore, MD) in Dec 2015
Interview
Brief, to the point. Open and direct when discussing demands of the positions and the client mix. Phone screen first with CEO, in-person with COO and supervising Client Controller. Got the sense that there have been issues with previous hires overrating aptitude/attitude. Not a beat around the bush environment.
