They asked about experiences in dealing with other people. My personal strengths and weaknesses. Being a call center, they consider how you sound during the first call. The questions are easy and seem to focus more on presentation skills.

Simple, straight-forward. Remote interviews are conducted with staging rooms to facilitate both, open-door interviewees, and specific candidates with invites for select positions. Recruiters very helpful and polite, available at basically anytime and will honestly answer all of your questions. Entire process is transparent and well-communicated. They will make multiple attempts to reach you.

Was pretty easy and feel like it was not as hard as I expected. You do not need to be prepared for this interview. All basic questions and you will be hired in few days if you are the right candidate.
