Application process was good and easy. However, group interview phase was messy. 1st Red Flag: I was sent a link for the interview booking date and was given 3 options. I chose an option and then 10 minutes later it was cancelled and I was told I need to select a new option. 2nd Red Flag: I asked a question about the position through email and never received a response. Email was our main form of communication. 3rd Red Flag: During the group interview, two people joined, however, one person interviewing didn’t even introduce themselves, talk, provide any input, or feedback to answers. They just watched us while we talked to the other interviewer. 4th Red Flag: We were told we would receive a response, no matter what outcome, to our interview later that day or the following day. I never received any email. I was effectively ghosted, there were only 2 other people that interviewed. It is not difficult to send out 2 other emails. This was just a disappointing experience from a company that spoke so highly of themselves and their plans to better their company this upcoming year.

There were 2 interviews. First one was a group interview (was asked to prepare for a short presentation), then the final interview was with the HR and Director of Platform Operations.
