I applied online and was connected to a recruiter. We spoke on a phone and the recruiter told me that the next step is a call with the hiring manager. She asked for my availability and I provided a number of days and time. I never received a confirmation from the recruiter but then I received a call from the hiring manager for the interview. This was unscheduled, but I went along with it. I then never heard back from the recruiter from a month and no further email was responded. I was "ghosted" by iRhythm. If this is how the company treat their candidate at the early stages of the interviewing cycle, I am glad I did not work for the company.
