This seems like a trend amongst the recruiters with Irythm… but, I had applied to this role, and about a week later I was emailed to schedule an introductory interview. Within 15 mins of receiving that email, I successfully submitted my availability for the entire next week (the time frame I was asked to give), but never received a confirmation email on a date/time that was selected. I had then emailed the recruiter directly to confirm with no response that same day. I had then emailed that recruiter again the next day, again with no response. I then emailed that same recruiter again 5 days later with no response yet again. This ghosting is completely unacceptable and quite unprofessional… the recruiting needs to be reassessed in the worst way.

Had initial phone screen with recruiter/talent acquisition who clearly didn't want to be there and was completely checked out and uninterested. Didn't even care that I was passed over for the next round of interviewers given the level of energy and interest I was shown. Mostly bragged about the company's success during COVID for the majority of the time instead of asking questions and facilitating discussion, barely got a word in edgewise.
