My initial interview was a phone screening with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, which went well enough for me to move on to the next round. The next interview was a 1:1 interview with Ms. Farris (CPO). However, she didn't seem to be very interested in what I was saying. Immediately following the interview, I received a rejection email stating that I would not be moving along. Which I thought was rather fast, but ok. I guess I wasn't a great fit. However, where I have an issue is when I reached out to Ms. Farris twice following the interview to see if she could offer any constructive feedback that could. And she chose to ignore me completely. Which I thought was rude.
