The interview process was extremely disorganized and frustrating. On Monday, I attended the first round, which involved a written test, technical round, and managerial round. I waited from 11 AM to 7 PM to complete these stages. For the HR round, I was asked to return on Wednesday, where I waited from 11 AM to 2 PM for the round to start, and then had to wait until 5:30 PM for a final update. After all this waiting, I was told that referral candidates were being prioritized, and my application would only be considered if any vacancies remained. This was extremely disrespectful to the time and effort I invested in attending the interviews across two days. If referral candidates were the priority, this should have been communicated earlier, saving everyone’s time. Overall, this experience reflected poor planning, a lack of transparency, and disrespect for candidates.

face to face straight forward decision without any lag for the feedback . there wont be any time waste for candidates. total three rounds of interview will be there first with manager second senior person and third with cto and now comes hr for finalising the offer
