Interview
Unfair and inappropriate. They asked me abunch of stuff that had nothing to do with the job. Got some realy shady questions that i didn't like at all. After i finished the interview, it took them too much time to respond I even forgot about them. So I later on refused thr initial offer.

It was super easy, they only asked a few questions and then had to answer some grammar questions. They then asked my schedule and if i would be willing to teach adults or kids.

Where are you from, why do you want to teach online?
Simple competency based questions, then some work on classroom management and how to react to children with behaviour issues. Also some basic interview questions on critical thinking and logic. Finished with a mock lesson for a small period of time.

Interview
I opted for the digital pre-recorded interview. It's straightforward. You answer questions about how you would teach in certain situations, you answer some language analysis questions (there's a timer) and that's mostly it.
