      I applied online. The process took 7+ months. I interviewed at iVenture Solutions in Aug 2017

      Interview

      Went through the interview with HR, who asked pretty basic questions. Very simple. After that, scheduled an interview with one the techs who seemed very disappointed that my web cam wouldn't work with their web browser video con (strange b/c Skype, windows, etc registered it fine). The interviewer was somewhat unimpressed after I offered the solution of connecting with my smart phone instead. After that, they pretty much rapid shot questions (various tickets the received that day) in order to hurry up the interview and end it. He was very condescending and aggressive in his assessment. I double checked to confirm this was an entry level job and left it off as it was. Probably should have stopped when the web cam didn't work with their video conference. Felt like I dodged a bullet though considering that the tech wouldn't give me advice on to how to immediately fix it.

      Easy-going, nice people, will keep asking you if they think you are close to the correct answer in some of the technical questions which can make you a tad anxious when you are throwing out answers and they are not correct, but they do a nice job of guiding you to the correct answer. Ultimately (I believe) just testing your knowledge and logic so don't be upset if you don't know some answers.

      A person called me from the Jacksonville office in June 2018. After a few quetions, he said a SOC position might be better, and said he'd follow up. Guess what didn't happen?

      Thank you for the feedback. I noticed that you interviewed over a year ago so it can be much harder to determine what went wrong or research from that long ago. I will tell you that our process is to inform our candidates of the status of their application and their stage in the process in a timely manner so they can make informed decisions about their careers.
