I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at iface (Indore) in Dec 2018
Interview
Interview is simple. They opt for telephonic interview first in which they will ask about you and some technical questions related to the language you are going for. Then there will be a coding round. In which we have to make a full crud functionality. And then the final technical nd behaviour interview with the director.
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at iface (Leeds, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Was invited to an interview at short notice then a 2nd interview with the FD at short notice who had been double booked instead of rescheduling the FD then rushed in for approx. 10 mins with no real interest the rushed back out. Was told I would have a decision by the end of the week never heard anything. They advertised the job after on Reed without telling me the outcome and that I had been unsuccessful. I originally applied 30th January 2019 I received a response 12 March 2019 when I offered feedback regarding timescales and the professionalism of the company I was advised that the response was an error and who ever sent it had not realised I had interviewed already ??????. So basically if I would not have received this in error I would not have had a response at all.
Total waste of time and an absolute joke of a company.
