The interview stages themselves were well structured and the conversations felt genuine and engaging. I progressed through three rounds, which reflected well on the process up to that point.
However, the experience was significantly let down by a lack of communication. Wait times between stages ranged from two to four weeks, notably inconsistent with the urgency the team had expressed around filling the role. My follow up messages during these gaps went unanswered, with only automated scheduling emails received in return.
Most disappointingly, after reaching the third stage I received no further communication, no outcome, no acknowledgement. A brief email to inform candidates they have not progressed is a basic professional courtesy, and its absence left a poor final impression of an otherwise competent organisation.
For a company that clearly prides itself on culture and people, they don't know how to treat people well during a hiring process...
Regardless, I hope they found a suitable candidate for the role, otherwise I am technically still available and in the hiring process as have not been told otherwise :P
