Fair two-step process with good communication that included salary range details from the beginning and clarity on each step. Added one more stage to answer questions and meet a team member but it was explained from the outset.

Very open and friendly, professionally done - they met me in person and I felt comfortable with the work dynamic from day 1. Would recommend them to others and advise being well prepared for the interview.

What value could I bring to the company in the first year?
Interview process consisted of two interviews, one in person and one remote to discuss previous roles, functional and technical experience as well as cultural fit. The interviews were relaxed and fairly informal.
2 stages. One with HR, another with technical consultant. They loved me, and called the practice lead on the spot to come question me some more, and eventually he offered me a job.
