      Three rounds: 1. Overview of the brand and role, regular interview style to get an overall feel for the interviewee (online). 2. Technical challenge is given, you have a couple of days to research and present to interviewer(s) (online). 3. Questions around your values, strengths/weaknesses and how you work (in person).

      A lot of scenario questions, “Give me an example of the time you dealt with X”. Also quite a few open-ended questions to understand what you believe is pertinent to the role/to being a good employee.
