innovify interview questions

The process is Quiz -> Technical round 1 -> Technical Round 2 -> Then Interviewer go for leave for a week as per the hr after the week the position is suddenly closed

They do not work in real world and do not do a value of practical knowledge. Taken my interview but no one read theory after college so same here i don't have much knowledge on theory. i have told them to take my practical interview but they haven't given me chance to do so.
