I applied online, then I was asked to use the platform to do the first part of my interview. (it was like a video recording) from there we were to sign up for a time to do an interview on their platform. It took me almost a full week after doing to recordings to be able to schedule an interview as there were never any open timeframes. The interview honestly seemed fake like they just wanted to gain ideas and insight on their company from other CSM's. I had a lot of questions like "what would you change on our platform" and "how do you reduce churn?" They were all about the technics I use. Which normally wouldn't be weird except for the fact I was totally ghosted after the interviewer told me she thought I would be great fit.

We appreciate your feedback and as a core value believe in being transparent. We received an overwhelming response to our Customer Success Manager posting (which we are incredibly grateful for) and have followed up with any candidate that we spoke to in a live interview at this time. We are currently working to consider all candidates that submitted only an on demand interview for our Customer Success Specialist role and will respond to them as we make decisions about next steps.
