Extremely Disorganized and Frustrating Interview Experience
This was one of the most poorly managed interview processes I’ve ever encountered. I initially applied and heard nothing for nearly two months. Eventually, I received a call and was told I’d be contacted again within a week. That follow-up never came, so I reached out myself. At that point, I was informed that there was another role they believed better matched my CV. I agreed to move forward with that opportunity and waited—again—for a response. They completely ghosted me until I mentioned I had another offer.
Roughly a month after the first call, I was finally sent a case assignment. I put in significant effort and submitted it promptly. A week later, I was invited to the first technical interview. While I was aware that I didn’t match every technical requirement, I was interested in the role and had been directed to it by their team. During the interview, I answered questions related to my CV accurately and confidently, but understandably lacked depth in technologies I had no prior experience with—which was clear on my resume.
Two days later, I received a generic rejection email.
This entire process dragged out over three months, only to be rejected for not having skills that were never part of my background to begin with. I left the experience feeling frustrated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. If you are considering applying here, be prepared for poor communication, unclear expectations, and a lack of consideration for your time and effort.
