      Engineer Interview

      6 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at juwi

      Interview

Full day, met nearly everyone at the company. Brought back again for another day of interviews. Very little specific technical content, but lots of chitchat regarding goals and aspirations. If you interview at Juwi, be prepared to ask lots of questions, and ask for things in writing when you move through the interview process. Juwi doe hire very Smart People, but they need to have the proper fit to work inside of the larger corporate environment. Ask specifically about the NDA and NonCompete requirements, and read and understand the documents provided.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

No specifics here: As usual, be competent and confident about things that are asked.

      Engineer Interview

      4 Sept 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Boulder, CO
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at juwi (Boulder, CO) in Feb 2011

      Interview

I knew someone at Juwi and was offered a chance for interview based on our history. I purchased some new clothes after learning about the rather upscale, conservative office environment. I spent the whole day in interview with nearly every department in the company, which I thought was too much for the rather small scale of the work I would perform. I met with the CEO, briefly, then the next day I saw him in the lobby and he would not even acknowledge my presence. That was a deal breaker on my part, then they made me an offer and I was incredulous, would not have taken the job even if I needed it.

      Question 1

This was not an interview question type process but more conversational, as if they were trying to get to know me. I went to lunch with a senior engineer and a young hire who was extremely arrogant; that was a difficult time to endure.
