Interview
The interview process at Kipi.ai began with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my interest in the company. After that, HR scheduled my first technical round, which included basic JavaScript questions, a few Java-related questions, and one SQL query along with some general technical topics. Once I cleared it, I moved to the second round with a senior interviewer who asked three SQL problems and two Java OOP questions. After successfully completing this round, I had a third managerial-style interview focused on my projects as well as additional Java and SQL questions. Finally, I had my HR round, which involved basic behavioral and general questions, and after clearing all rounds, I received a positive outcome.
