1. HR Screening - HR 2. Technical Round - Department Head 3. Final Round - CEO HR Screens a candidate for fitment as per the requirements, then it process to Dept HOD for technical round and final round is done by CEO. In case the position is of Sr. Manager and above then the final interview is done by Director of the company.
