Easy and casual interview process. The interviewer asked some basic questions relevant to the job listing and set expectations for the duties of the job posted and the expected hours and schedule.
The manager was very kind. She mainly asked for my experience. She asked what I would do if I found out one of my coworkers was stealing from the company. Very quick.
They invite you to the store to answer a couple questions about your previous jobs and how you function in a fast paced retail environment, then tell you about the store and the commission employees can receive.
