The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lifeIMAGE
Interview
Nice interview process however the HR associate led me on. Told me I was the top candidate after I spent 5 hours in the HQ office, interviewed with several people on the management team. I felt like it went great and that I was a good fit for the company and position. Very disappointed that I did not get an offer.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lifeIMAGE
Interview
Filled out brief online application form. Heard back a few days later about a phone interviews with HR and CTO. These calls seemed to go well and I was called in for an in-person interview with several people including the CEO and VP of Engineering. Everyone was very nice and their enthusiasm about what the company is doing really came through. I was called back soon after to come in again and meet with a couple more people. The interview process was exceptionally thorough and made me feel like they are only hiring very good people. The HR Director and HR Coordinator were friendly and welcoming throughout the process.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at lifeIMAGE (Newton, MA) in July 2015
Interview
lifeImage received my resume from an agency, and responded that they were so interested, they wanted to skip a phone screen and go straight to a 2-hour face-to-face interview with four different people. When I told the agent that I wanted a phone screen before investing an afternoon (and lost wages) in an interview, I was told that that would be an indication that I wasn't really interested in the job.
So I arranged the time off, and went to the interview. I first spoke with the manager (who said that it was his decision to skip a phone screen), and one technical person. At the end of the second session, the interviewer went out to get the next person, but came back saying that the third person was managing a technical crisis and could not meet me, so he would escort me out and reconnect at another time.. I asked about the fourth person, an HR person, and was told that he was busy too.
There was no reconnection, Three or four days later my agency got back to me and said lifeIMAGE didn't think there was a cultural fit.
The interview process was disrespectful of me, the value of my time, and ultimately unprofessional.
