I applied online, and a recruiter contacted me in one day. There are personality and cognitive assessments after initial phone screen. First round 30 mins interview with team member took 90 mins to finish. (no time management..) Second round is a take home project. But no one check/review it after submitting. I got positive feedback very quick after each round, and finally was scheduled an interview with SVP. However they cancelled it without providing any reason and never get back to me. They are unorganized, unprofessional and very unrespectful to candidate. Looks like they are not get ready hiring new joiner at that point. The whole process took 1+month, totally waste my time. It's the worst experience I've ever had. I 'm glad they turned me down.
