I applied online and got a call within a few days from my application. The interview process was a three step process which was first a phone interview with a recruiter. Then a group interview which was very informative. The recruiter went over how average loan officer made an average of 10k per month.

Great. Phone screen with a recruiter and then panel interview with 30 other candidates. There were 2 hiring managers and 2 training and development coaches in the interview. Each asked each candidate 3 questions each. Your recruiter will prep you before the interview.

Interviews are nerve reckoning. Have to make sure you are on your toes always. I interviewed remotely because of Covid. I considered myself lucky because they usually do it in a large panel and audience.
