I was recruited for a US-based TAM position. It was overall a terrible candidate experience. The whole interview process took 2 months. There were more interviews than necessary, and there were frustrating lapses in communication. The offer was average; good cash comp, but bad equity comp. I declined the offer based on their binding arbitration agreement requirement.
