Like most recruiters, here also don't expect any common sense in recruiters. Here the process was of next level nonsense, they were not sure for which role they will be taking my interview, for them it was like after interview they will decide. Like other organisations, here also people copy the interview patterns of other big companies & expect to get the high class talent in the rate of pennies. Here interviewers also just take the interview questions from internet & will ask you. On this I challenged them if you can't think sensible questions by yourself neither their answers & in company also your major work is Google search dependent then don't try to be over smart during interviews & expect the candidates to give the answers & code for your Googled questions. And obviously, truth is bitter, so didn't go well with the interviewer. And its recruiter was claiming that she will give me the result no matter what, but after this she also vanished. And like always, don't believe on positive/negative reviews on Glassdoor till you see some reason mentioned there to support that. Else many such positive reviews can be fake being posted by companies to market themselves.
