mc Group Graduate Trainee interview questions

It was okay. I got invited to the interview in their office for first step. Around 3-4 days later, got accepted to the next step which was the meeting with the director on Sunday evening. I thought Germany is the country where people keep the Sunday sacred for break, but from that, I could see red flag of bad management and many employees were in the office on Sunday!? The director also only wanted every report printed in this digital era which I also see as the incapability to adapt to digital era.
