There were 2 rounds in total. After first round they took 2 week to share result and schedule 2 nd round. After 2nd or final round they have not given any results. Just received one mail stating "interviews for this position is still going on, we will get back to you after final decision". This reflects that they will compare with others and then finalize or they don't have courage to say rejected, they don't care about candidate's time. What if they will say rejected after 1 month or so...Also HR management is bad. After approaching multiple times they will not give you response. Advice: Discuss out these things before scheduling interviews.
