One of the most unprofessional hiring experiences I’ve ever encountered. The HR team has absolutely no sense of responsibility or courtesy towards candidates. Endless follow-ups, ignored calls, false promises of updates “by tomorrow,” only to finally receive a half-baked excuse that the position is now on hold. If you can’t manage a simple hiring process with basic human decency, it reflects volumes about how you run your organization. Wasting candidates’ time and energy like this is beyond disrespectful. Do better.
