I was assigned a Talent Manager had my interview on Teams. Received an offer but the timings for that role were not practical for commuting. Got told I would be added to a queue but I'm not guaranteed to stay in the queue due to no offers being available at the moment. Was misinformed later and thought I was invited to a group interview.
Managed to get the contact info of the senior talent executive who declined to help not knowing what to do told me to speak to my talent manager. I was not contacted at all about the further steps and senior talent executive is the one that responds to glassdoor reviews as well as her colleagues. Appalling company and practice.

90% of the interview is technical based. You don't really need to know your resume as they don't ask about it. They will ask basic introduction question on your experience and that's it.
