Phone call interview followed by a panel interview. After the panel interview I was invited back to interview with other managers in several more departments. I was able to "choose" my position with the company based on multiple offers from several managers attending. At the time I was new to the area and picked the position and shift that paid more, then transferred to a position that better suited me.
