mySugr interview questions

I had 2 interviews, one by phone with Hr and one with two team members. I'm quite surprised how bad the whole process was structured. First call started 2 hours later than the initial time, I was sending multiple emails to the hr person to make sure that there will be a call after all. The second interview was more than 2 weeks later was quite good (45 min long) where I needed to explain my approach to work, the processes and overall my experience and I was positive about it. Then I didn't received any feedback or even a note that their process takes time. One week later I sent follow up email to the Hr to ask if there are any updates, but didn't received any answer. Then suddenly exactly 1 month later, I received long email, where they explain that they had 200 candidates and the process took too long. They didn't chose me because I needed to add more storytelling to my experience. That's strange because I had just one longer interview where we barely talked about certain project I did. Also something else they say in the answer is that this qualities are needed for the senior role, but in the job posting they never mentioned that they are looking for senior designer.
