Very easy process they will call you with a phone interview and you will come in fill out new hire paperwork and then training training you sit in a room listen to them discuss a packet and you get on the phone and cold call contractors for months until you can PROVE yourself then they might give you inquiries either way it doesn't matter if your successful they will fire you for next to nothing
