Question 1
What are your strengths and what value would your bring to the company
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nexVortex (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process was different than anywhere else I'd ever interviewed. They do a series of calls with the candidate. I did 6 calls in total with 5 different people. They were about 45 minute long conversations. I really liked the way they did this. They wanted to converse with the applicant instead of grilling them on typical interview questions because they get to know the person more genuinely to see if they'll be a good fit.

Question 1
They only asked a couple of questions that are "typical" of interview processes, as most of it was conversation based. They asked what my strengths and weaknesses were, if I thought I could keep up with fast-paced channel account management, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at nexVortex (Herndon, VA) in June 2017
Interview
They basically looked at my resume and then asked me a few questions about why I applied and what I have experience in. They also asked what skills I have and what tools I was familiar with.
