I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at oowlish in July 2023
Interview
I did not go past the screening interview which was a long, one-sided conversation (that lasted for 45 minutes !), asking a LOT of run of the mill, irrelevant HR-level questions about my technical background that a more professional recruiter wouldn't after having read my LinkedIn profile. The pay grade is low but they want full commitment from their employees, including public disclosure on LinkedIn. After the initial screening interview, I got ghosted

Question 1
Tell me 5 things you're most proud of or something like that.
The interview questions were relevant to the job description. The recruiter in charge was very friendly and willing to help. The senior developers was also great, asked questions relevant to the job and it felt more like a discussion. The feedback loop however was slow and very opaque.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at oowlish (Caracas, Capital District) in July 2022
Interview
A recruiter contacted me by email for a first interview, to talk about the company, the benefits, how they work, and so on. This interview was conducted in English, and in summary, the questions were typical rrhh questions, to verify experience, skills, behavior, and so on. The guy was very polite and the experience was good. After that interview, I received an email saying that they don't continue the process with me, which is Ok for me, however, the email didn't mention any feedback to improve for other interviews, this, in my opinion, is very important for any candidate, it was very disappointing at the end.
