It wasn't a quiz, which is why I said it was "Average" difficulty, they primarily wanted to know about my experience and background, who I've worked with, and on what. If I didn't have the background and experience, it would have been VERY difficult.
Tell me about a time when you solved a complex problem. Even though you may not about the Amazon leadership principles; thinking back now, would applying any of it help you in solving the problem?
