The interview process was very standard, structured hiring process. First part was a phone interview- pretty easy. No drilling, natural conversation about job history, previous duties and problem solving questions were asked.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at point.me in Dec 2025
Interview
I was first connected to an external recruiter. She took her time to answer any questions and go over the company position and hiring process. She shared the steps with good amount of info to set the expectation right. After a while of not hearing from the company, I got connected to an internal recruiter that seemed there was a disconnect from external and internal. My 2cents they had replaced the external in the middle of the process. After going over the same questions about my background, I got scheduled for a HM call.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at point.me in Mar 2025
Interview
I was connected to point.me through an external recruiter. The recruiter - likely no fault of their own - never really knew the status of my application. I assume the company did not communicate well with the recruiter.
Once I was passed off to an internal recruiter, we had a quick conversation to answer some basic screening questions, most of which I had already answered for the external recruiter. She also explained the interview process to me, which was different from what the external recruiter told me.
From there the process was quite typical. Sometimes I would go several days in between interview rounds without an update, and others I would find out within an hour or two about a next round. The worst one came after meeting with the engineering team late on a Friday, I was quickly asked if I could meet for the next round at 10am on the following Monday, which I accommodated.
After that round, silence. Upon following up, I was told explicitly that the hiring manager was working on ensuring the structure was correct before bringing on an EM, but wanted to talk in the middle of the following week once that was ironed out. I even offered to chat with the HM about my experience in structuring teams in case it would be helpful. The following week came and went without an update. After I followed up, the recruiter said they would ask the hiring manager for an update (why they didn't already know the status, I have no idea). Soon thereafter I was sent a generic rejection email without any feedback. I've asked for feedback and not received a response. I suggest you do not waste your time on this company.
