The second interview is held with the Head of SW.
The third interview is held with the CEO.

Mostly they tried to sell the company to you. They make no secret of being really desperate for the right people
Interview with the Head of SW:
almost no technical questions pertinent to the job specs. The reason given was "your CV speaks for itself".
