Both rounds of my interview lasted approximately 30 min and both of my interviewers were very friendly and professional. They were more interested in my motivation and overall experience, rather than asking hypothetical-situations questions to put me in a stressful situation and see how I respond. I also found out more about the company, role and their own career journey. My favorite sentence of the interview was: "I have already seen your CV and know about your experience, so I won't ask you about the tasks you did before". They both appeared in time, responded in time and gave me a very individual and fast feedback. One of the most positive interview experiences I had.
