It was a return to work program..Intially a recruiter from reachire took an interview and reviewed the job skills..Then scheduled Interview with the client..The client interview was more like situational.It took about 30 mins to complete the interview.The hiring manager was friendly and encouraging.

The interview process consisted of four rounds. Step 1: Interview call with the recruiter. - She was fabulous and easy going. Step 2: Skype meeting with the VP of Business and New Products- conversational/ intriguing/ easy going. Step 3: Interview with the VP of Talent and Training Step 4: Assessment (assignment) presentation with the aforementioned and the CEO: this was fun.
